1 – Center Information Display: Seamless Design Support

Molded panels:
To enable the integral molding of curved displays and 3D design-compatible panels (Multi LCD + Touch panel switch) and make effective use of cockpit spaces, we have pursued the design of resin-molded panels together with enhancements to production equipment. We handle everything in-house, from panel production to the bonding of touch panels, and have made headway in preparing a system for delivering completed touch panel modules to customers. -

2 – Development of Head-Up Display (HUD) Components

Advanced Optical Coatings and Filters:
High-performance Cold Mirrors and various optical filters are developed utilizing advanced thin-film (dielectric multilayer) coating technology.
3 – Development of High-Precision Polygon Mirrors (Automotive LiDAR & Consumer Electronics)

A vertically integrated system is provided for the development and production of polygon mirrors —the key device for light scanning—covering everything from design and molding to thin-film coating.
For Automotive LiDAR: Advanced Safety and Detection Accuracy Ultra-high surface precision essential for LiDAR systems in Autonomous Driving (ADAS) is achieved. The transition to resin-based components reduces motor load through weight reduction, contributing to stability during high-speed rotation and significant energy savings.
For Consumer & Industrial Equipment: Cost-Performance and Diverse Applications Superior cost-performance is delivered for consumer sectors such as laser printers (OA equipment), barcode scanners, and industrial distance sensors. Precision resin molding technology ensures high-quality mass production and a stable supply.
Vertically Integrated Production (From Resin Molding to Coating) The entire process is handled in-house, from “resin molding” using ultra-precision molds to “coating via vacuum evaporation and sputtering” to maximize reflectivity. This vertical integration ensures superior quality control and optimized optical performance.
